Introduction to hand signals. Track walk and instruction. b: Handlers - Introduction to QMA, Safety meeting (on track, hot chute, pit area). Novice Training schedule. Race procedure. Flag recognition, "The driving line". Parents role in the Novice Program. 11:00 am: Photo Opportunity * Strap in and tip tests 12:00 pm: Lunch Break - - - * Welcome BBQ, meet & greet 1:00 pm: On track (no car) driver training * Flag recognition, Hand signal recognition, Running the line. Follow the leader 3:00 pm: End of training (Q&A) |

4 Day 4 will run from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm 9:00 am: Driver/Handler meeting * Sign-ins * On track driver training * Flag recognition. Hand signal recognition, Running the line. * Hot chute training, Multiple cars on track,Race lineup training. * Distraction / Reaction Game * Handler Scoring School (Tower) 12:00 pm: Lunch Break 1:00 pm: On track driver training * Race Day Simulation - Handlers and drivers will compete as a "Normal" race day. * Passing Game 3:00 pm: Novice Training Ends |
